As a Mentor Coaching Specialist (MCS), Pattie provides coaches an opportunity to develop and grow their confidence in the skills and competencies necessary to achieve the ICF-ACC and ICF-PCC certification levels.
Pattie served as a senior mentor coach for an in-house coaching program for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for two years, guiding coaches to learn, understand, and apply their behavior-based skills. She also served as a CINERGY Certified Mentor Coach for those learning the conflict coaching model for two decades.
Pattie exemplifies the BEST of trainers and coaching. With heart and mind, Pattie approaches conflict coaching with determination and confidence ( and a smattering of gentle firmness) that only a professional can bring after years of development.
