Customized Conflict Management Training and Staff
Development
Conflict Connections, Inc. offers customized
training and professional staff development to organizations. We
undertake a needs assessment process with the group's stakeholders to
identify the purpose and learning outcomes. A training agenda is then
designed in collaboration with the organization to address content,
process formats (e.g. practice sessions), length and duration of
training, and utilization of tools or self-assessments. We also utilize
adult learning principles to accommodate the learning styles of
participants which results in a highly interactive and experiential
training.
Conflict Connections, Inc. has the ability to apply for and offer Continuing Education Units (CEU). If
you are interested in offering CEUs to your employees or organization, please inquire.
