Conflict Resolution Resources
As a result of numerous inquiries from consumers and people entering the dispute resolution field, Conflict Connections compiled a resource list of some of the organizations most commonly associated with the dispute resolution field and can be found under the Conflict Resolution Links. These organizations are primarily membership organizations and offer many valuable services and benefits to its members in addition to offering valuable information to the consumer market. The Disability Mediation Resources page links consumers and practitioners to resources as it pertains to disability mediation especially as it relates to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to Special Education. Finally, Conflict Connections references publications authored by Patricia M. Porter including two articles "Maximizing Effective Participation" and "Mediation is Key to Resolving Social Work Ethic's Complaints" that can be downloaded and printed.
