Facilitation Services
Conflict Connections, Inc. offers facilitation services
to organizations and groups.
Facilitation is an approach or process used in groups
to stimulate thinking, problem-solve, collaborate, build teams,
identify and analyze issues, serve as a catalyst for transition and
change, and planning for the future in addition to a myriad of other
areas. A facilitator can serve as a neutral catalyst
or process expert to support the group's experience and move them
through a process to meet the group's purpose and outcomes.
Conflict Connections often utilizes graphic facilitation and graphic
recording along with adult learning principles in facilitating group
processes. This means groups are highly interactive in their time
together.
Conflict Connections employs the following steps when engaging with a
group:
Step One - Contracting Process
Step Two - Needs Assessment
Step Three - Planning & Design
Step Four - Group Buy-In
Step Five - Implementation and Facilitation
Step Six - Follow-up sessions and/or report writing (optional)
