A virtual training is goal-oriented, web-based, instructor-led, interactive and synchronous. Students may participate from any location. It requires hardware (computer), audio (phone), webcam, software and bandwidth.
This virtual training is a licensed conflict management coaching course approved by Cinnie Noble, CINERGY® with credit from the International Coach Federation and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Students learn a one-on-one process in which a trained coach assists people to effectively prevent or manage interpersonal disputes and to enhance their conflict management skills. This process has wide application. It may be used before and after a conflict has arisen, or while it is in progress. Conflict management coaching may be applied in the organizational, family and other contexts and for coaching individuals to participate in mediation and negotiation.
When: Each Thursday for seven (7) consecutive weeks
Dates: April 12th - May 24th, 2018
Time: 3:30 - 6:30 pm PST/5:30 - 8:30 pm CST/6:30 - 9:30 pm EST
Where: Abobe Connect Web-Based Platform

Cost: $1450.00 USD payable via PayPal, Check (US only) or Money Order

Approved CEUs: 24 hours from CINERGY®
and 22 hours from International Coach Federation (ICF)
CINERGY is an approved SHRM Recertification Provider. This program is valid for 24 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.
